Product Details

1. The NIMCS2000 software development environment is a PLC programming environment based on the IEC 61131-3 international standard, supporting Windows, Linux, and customized embedded controllers. It supports five PLC programming languages: Ladder Diagram (LD), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), and Instruction List (IL). PLC programs are compiled into binary code before being downloaded to the controller for execution, significantly improving runtime efficiency compared to traditional PLCs.

2. NIMCS2000 software supports NiMotion controllers including the NIMC301, NIMC302, NIMC2000N-C10, as well as the high-end NIMC2400 series motion controllers. It also features NiMotion's self-developed NIM_SML lightweight single-axis motion control library and NIM_SMB standard single-axis library. It supports both synchronous and asynchronous axis control, as well as complex synchronized motion such as electronic gearing and electronic cam.
