Product Overview

NMWX-28 series integrated miniature slider module, our self-developed STM28M series integrated step servo screw motor and open slider module are combined together. It is equipped with a high-precision magnetic encoder for accurate positioning. It supports CANopen and RS485 commu- nication bus control and features a compact size, precise control and simple wiring. NMWX-28 integrated miniature slider adopts a highly integrated development concept, which perfectly integrates the integrated screw motor and the open slider module.

Advanced Drive Algorithm

Adopts FOC (field-oriented control) and SVPWM for smooth torque output, excellent low-speed performance and lower operating noise and vibration.

High Precision Encoder Feedback

Built-in 17-bit encoder provides real-time position and speed feedback for more accurate closed-loop control, ensuring smoother operation and more accurate positioning.

Multi-bus communication support

Supports CANopen and RS485 communication, allowing quick connection to mainstream PLCs, motion controllers and host systems, with flexible networking and easy expansion.

Standard CiA 402 Sport Mode

Supports CiA 402 standard motion modes (PP, PV, HM, CSP, CSV, etc.) as well as torque mode, ensuring compatibility with mainstream fieldbus motion-control architectures and making replacement and commissioning easier.

Wide Voltage Input

Wide input voltage range of 12-30 VDC, suitable for various power-supply environments and giving greater flexibility in system integration and retrofitting.
