Structure of the Automatic Folding Machine
The folding machine mainly consists of three parts: paper feeding, folding, and receiving (as shown in the figure below, from right to left).

Component Structure Description

  • Paper Feeding Mechanism: Divided into flat paper feeding device and continuous paper feeding device, mainly responsible for separating and conveying paper, accurately delivering printed pages to the folding section.

  • Folding Mechanism: Mainly composed of folding rollers and folding fences.

  • Paper Receiving Mechanism: Adopts a mobile paper receiving cart, with height and angle adjustable according to the folding style.

In the automatic folding machine, the STM42-M integrated stepper (servo) motor and the STM57-M integrated stepper (servo) motor can be used together to achieve precise position control.
