Product Overview
The motor matrix is an arrayed motion control system containing hundreds or even thousands of motor units. Through the linear motion unit, the rotary motion of the motor is converted into a telescopic 10cm in the stereoscopic space. Under the control of the computer, various shapes such as curves, curves, planes, texts and three-dimensional patterns can be presented. With the light and sound media, it brings unprecedented audiovisual impact. The matrix system can be constructed by using Lexmark's integrated motor, which requires only HMI, motion controller, network switch, EthernetCAN gateway, integrated motor, as well as power supply and simple wiring. The gateway can be added through the switch according to the networking scale, realizing a total of 102 pixel point networking cycle display of 17 × 6.
Product Features
01. Highly Integrated Modular Distributed Servo Technology: No control cabinet required. The distributed architecture significantly reduces cabling and eliminates control cabinets, provides improved EMC protection and distributed heat dissipation, thereby lowering the demand and cost for centralized rack-mount environmental control systems.
02. Excellent Dynamic Synchronization Performance: Even in large-scale networking configurations, superior synchronization performance is maintained. The direct visual effect is highly coordinated and uniform motion across the motor matrix, demonstrating outstanding execution capability in diverse application scenarios.
03. Low Overall System Cost: The cost advantages of the NiMotion integrated motor matrix are reflected in total system cost, including shortened structural design cycles, savings on cooling/air-conditioning installation, and reduced expenditures on cabinets, cables, installation, and commissioning.
04. Simple Structure and Low Maintenance Barrier: External connections for each integrated motor require only power and communication. The bus-based topology enables installation, node addition, and node removal without the need for specialized factory technicians. Fault handling and maintenance are confined to the affected node, with no impact on overall system operation.
05. Online Firmware Upgrade Capability: When functional enhancements are required after installation, motor programs can be upgraded online via the communication network without disassembly. Upgrading a single motor takes only about ten seconds—fast and convenient.
06. Power-Loss Data Retention: In the event of a sudden power outage, motor operating parameters are saved locally in real time. Upon power restoration, no parameter reconfiguration is required, and no battery is needed. The absolute position is known immediately at power-on, eliminating concerns over power interruptions.
